Worst service EVER.

If i could minus zero i definitely would. The terrible service i have received from this company its absolutely appalling. I do not know how they train their customer service team but wow!! Never seen such in my life.

I get my showmax with my DSTV and for two weeks now it has not been working and i keep getting the same " our tech team is working on it" . How long does it take for you to get a solution? Clearly someone in the tech team is not doing their job if they cannot solve a minor glitch like this. I wonder how they take on bigger issues.

Every time i have to chase them for feedback and from the customer service i know, they need to keep me posted on what is going on with my account. The audacity to say, " please check again in 24 hours".

Very annoyed customer!!
