Worst service ever

I have registered to get the full premium package, after spending more than 10 hours on the phone, they informed me that my decoder is to old. I have upgraded my contract for two years and got a new PVR installed and still spending hours on the phone my Showmax is still not working. I would like the contract to be cancelled with immediate affect or my showmax to work.
