Worst service!!!

I have been struggling to get my showmax to play I paid 3months and I have not been able to watch.I was given Showmax ID: ***3 for my Query and have been trying to get feedback everytime the agents will advise that they will call me back with no success my showmax is linked to my Dstv acc and R89 for May and June were deducted and I never watched showmax mid month of june I paid 66 trying activate thats when I was given the Id tick number.a few minutes ago I was chatting to an agent by the name of Asisiphe who left the chat while we were busy.all I'm asking for is my money to be refunded back into my dstv acc as credit because its clear that showmax has failed to fix the issue with my acc.
