Worst Do not Bother Getting Showmax

If I could give a zero I would. I I spoke to someone on the phone from Showmax 3 weeks prior to my Subscription renewal and told them I do not want to renew my subscription for October and they said ok it is sorted on the system and I will not get a debit of R349 for Showmax Pro for October. So My subscription for October suppose to be cancelled. No email was received Today 6 October I get a debit of R349 for Showmax. So I went online and saw that the subscription was not cancelled by them so I did it. I then had a chat online with Showmax and they said I did not cancel prior to the end dat. ***.
