Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!

I'm giving them a one star coz there isn't an option for zero. They are God awful with their customer service. I could swear that they are using robots because they never have an answer and they just give you the run around without offering any assistance at all! I tried so many times to get some help and I eventually decided to close my account and move on! If you've got an issue, its not even worth your time to try and engage them.
