Worst customer service ever
<p>Been having a problem with my showmax account for a couple of days keep on sending emails to support@showmax get an email back with a reference number and that is were the supports stops...contact with you shortly. Use this reference number for follow up: Incident: 161 ********** 78. I pay for a service that is not working get now feedback but they sure keep ons subtracting the money every month....</p>

Thank you so much for the response I eceived after my complaint. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and also very helpfull. We were able to sort out all the problems and the lady even gave me her private email address so that I can contact her directly in future. I am a happy showmaxer again
