Why showmax doesn't show live rugby matches

I don't understand why showmax doesn't show the live rugby. Everything is just soccer and now I see there's gymnastics. The other time there was live swimming. So why in the world is there no live rugby. I mean there's the rugby world cup that is coming and for us who can't afford the "full package" it really would be nice to have rugby on showmax
