What call centre?

Have a problem with viewing slowmax. Called the billing agent, guess what? Expect a reply in 72 hrs! Not acceptable. Tried to find call centre contact details... none. Email them, received an automated reply. They can advertise their product, but cannot support it! Perhaps this organisation run by a government dept. Sure seems like it! back to the video store! At least there I can talk to someone if there is a problem.
