Webpage not loading

Although we have not had a problem with the speed of the videos, we are having a problem with the speed at which their webpages load. Simply waiting for the info page of a movie to load can take 6 mins plus! To test our internet speed we will then open another page such as facebook, just to confirm that it is not our speed that is the problem, but that the problem is from the side of the website. We really like Showmax, but a better, more efficient website would be appreciated.
