Very unhappy with showmax

While on the 14 day trial I was told my TV can't catch showmax, and they still debit my account and refuse to give refund, after not informing me I should cancel subscription which I was not even aware that I had subscribed, I thought I was doing the trial and after that I would need to give go ahead with subscription, but when I was told by their support staff I can't use showmax this was during the 14 days I just left it, to my surprise the took money and won't refund, telling me I can use it till July, wonder how if my TV is not compatible according to them, they just ripping people with this free trial that's how I see it
