Very poor functionality and service. Disappointed as a first time and returning user.

Cannot believe how poor this service is. 1. Very poor functionality of app and web application. Copied the look of Netflix but failed to add obvious functionality. The app does not allow you to delete recently watched shows and shows everything you ever watched. Over time this builds up and becomes a mess. There is no password protection for kids to enter other accounts, they can simply click profiles and go to the main account and browse whatever shows they want and read the summaries, what is the point of having parental control if a child gets to this point and only now is prompted to enter the pin?? Why cant you delete recently watched shows to reduce clutter? Why are kids allowed to browse through any shows they wish? The app also does not allow you to upgrade between subscription levels without double charging. 2. Appalling customer service When you ask online support anything it is as if they are extremely bothered and do not seem customer friendly. The only thing they can tell you is what the app cannot do.
