Usually no problems...

Usually we love Showmax but we can't seem to watch anything anymore. It's been a week. Tried looking for an email address or number but no luck. We need assistance please. When starting a show it gives an error message and shows the episode time as 1193h..! We also struggle sometimes with being signed out without doing it ourselves.
