Useless Showmax
My parents have Dstv Premium, that means Showmax is for free, or so we are told. For the past week, I’ve been trying to help them to create log in credentials. Dstv said Showmax is on their own, they cannot help, we must contact Showmax. Many online chats, phone-calls, e-mails and promises from and to Showmax later, we have nothing! Showmax is full of empty promises and totally incapable to help you successfully. We CANNOT log in to Showmax. Don’t be fooled by thinking that if you have Dstv Premium, you will get Showmax for free. 😡
