Useless

I had received an option to keep Showmax and DSTV when Showmax had changed packages. I opted to keep the two as it was a similar price. However, when Showmax changed to the new platform I was debited for my current package and then a further R141.0p for an individual package for showmax. Showmax then tried on several occasions in the same month to debit my account further. I have asked them to contact me to rectify and today they debit me again after asking these *********** people to cancel Showmax as the new platform and service is ATROCIOUS! To say the least. After contacting DSTV last month they had noted that there are problems with the systems and numerous customers had complained. ***, why are we been dealt the incompetence for a service that we are paying for? @Showmax please sort out your platform and cancel my subscription and please stop debting my account useless!
