Unprofessional service
I am disappointed in the service I received from Thompani from the Showmax chat. I am a DSTV premium member but my Showmax subscription is not working. I was referred to Showmax by DSTV and Thomani was assigned to help me. I could not do what he requested in terms of sending a screen shot to him. He the requested further info and before I could answer the request I received a reply that further communication will be by email. very unprofessional. I am still not able to watch Shomax.
