Unhappy with Showmax

I used to watch Showmax through my DStv and never used to have problems. This month which is April i changed from my normal DStv compact package to streaming and obvious Showmax is an add on option, of which i did add on and paid for it. I have called since the 6th of April but with no help, i was been sent from pillar to post and again still not help. i have wasted my time data and minutes, speaking to different agents from DStv and Showmax, i cant really blame DStv because the payment and the subscription is appearing on their side yet on Showmax when i open the app it says i should subscribe i have different ICD references from Showmax , well the last agent just left. The only time i get a response back from Showmax is when i must rate the service how do i rate a service i did not get? Mind you, subcription is paid and once the new month comes. they will be the first one to disconnect yet now i must beg them to watch.
