Unhappy client

I have subscribed for 14 days trial and I choose the R99 package now I have billed three times.Twice 30th of Aug and Once today 11th of Oct before today's debit I went on live chat and explained my problem they told me that I'm on free trial and bank details do not exit.I really don't how is that possible as they keep taking my money.
