Unfair and doesn't give refund

I didn't get my 14 day free trial as promised. I switched from mobile to standard on the same hour and for some reason my 14 day trial got forfeited. The help desk does not want to give me my 14 day trail or my full refund even though I'm new customer. I have not watched any shows. Greedy people. I had no issues with Netflix who immediately gives refund on same day payments who have not used the service at all. This is unfair and *****ing people's money.
