Unauthorized debit on my bank account...terrible service

My account was debited with R99 twice (28th Feb and 1st March) by Showmax for the month of March 2022. I contact them though the live chat box with no assistance. I phoned Multichoice DSTV and logged a call, ***2-I265 for Multichoise to escalate to Showmax since we can't contact them. Today when I call I was told by the consulant at Multichoice that I should log a query with Showmax, however a call was logged with Multichoice for escalation.
