Unauthorized debit

I have debited for 2 profiles and requested assistance that they reverse the one debit. I don't know what this agent Siethemba on the chat is reading. She clearly cannot read to understand! Still comes back to ask me the same question again. Can the funds please be reversed and my details removed from that account as you can see it is not active!
