Unauthorised debits

I had opted in for a package with this people and they told me i have 14days free trial before I can start paying to my surprise They started debiting my bank account without me knowing and fortunately for me I had moved funds ro my savings account. Now when i go to my bank account they left my bank account with a negative balance of R111 for unsuccessful debits because they tried debiting me non stop. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
