Unauthorised Debit

I'm new to show max but the incompetency ..a week back they send me a message about outstanding monthly subscription which i made a payment in the same week ,yesterday they tried to Debit my account i don't know for what which the debit returned as they were no funds in the account ,now the bank charged me about R130 for unpaid debit ...mweb must pay for those charges for their incompetency
