Unable to view series or movies on showmax

For the past week I have been unable to open any series or movies. It buffers non stop and then app closes. I logged a fault and they asked me to do some ridiculous steps. I did all. And they came to a conclusion that my internet is the issue but how? Coz my netflix, disney etc all works fine it's only SHOWMAX, useless app,
