Unable to update payment method

I have been trying with no success to update my payment method. The process goes as far as the approval of the transaction on my banking app and then , once it redirects to the Showmax website, a notification appears saying there is a problem please try again. NO MEANS TO SPEAK TO AN ACTUAL REPRESENTATIVE!!!
