Unable to activate Showmax (DSTV Premium)

After several interactions, first telephonically with Minenhle Dlamini and then electronically (***) it has now been almost 3 weeks and my issue to connect to Showmax as a Premium DSTV subscriber remains unresolved. Last email exchange was the 9th August 2022 and everyone has been silent since! Absolutely pathetic customer service!
