unable to acces my showmax account.

I'm having issues with showmax.. I'm not able to access the app since Sat 13 April 2024. Till today, I'm not able to access it. I have sent them countless emails with the error but no one is available to assist. The error prevents me from even accessing the app and my account on the website. I cant even log in on the website to cancel this stupid app. I'm frustrated as I have paid for thiis thing. im being ignored . My internet speed is way above of the required speed. Plus both my devices are Google certified. The issue is on their side but they simply refuse to assist .
