Un-qble to cancell showmax account... No assistance from showmax/multichoice

I ha e a problem with cancellinf my showmax account, when i spoke to a multichoice consultant last momth they told me there was no account charged or reflecting on their end yet this morning i received a bank notification of a debit order for showmax for R99. 00...i want out of this showmax thing please help.
