Trying to ***** money from me.

I having a major problem with Showmax not wanting to refund my to overpaid subscription and everyday I have to contact them and they saying my reference number are showing nothing has been submitted for credit as yet. Showmax who is owned by DSTV has the worst service in the world while trying to chat on there chat facility they don’t answer when you ask a question, they only answer after a while which I think is very rude. Then when you question them about why they taking time to answer their reply “We busy checking my account”. Really pathetic service.

Now every different rep I contact just says they will escalate the problem.

I would like my refund urgency as they have my money now for 10 days.
