Thieving service

I used your live chat to remove my card from my account as its registered on the vodacom bill, the operator or whatever you call them told me that the my card is removed from my account cause its trying to deduct everyday causing my account to go in arrrears, there's no option on showmax to remove my card and your staff said its removed so I want to know how we are going to sort this out and how my losses are gonna be repaid or I'm taking this to court cause the payment went through on the vodacom bill yet your trying to deduct again and agiain which I consider a form of theft and think its considered a civil offence
