The most pathetic customer service in history.

I was charged TWICE for an email account which doesn't EXIST and I followed every step they asked of me.

They KNOW I HAVE AN ACCOUNT which is active, and that I was ****** By their **** services.

I want my money back I can't deal with this !!!!
