They said I do not have an existing subscription with them yet they are taking money from my account every month.

Showmax is deducting money from my account every month. I cannot be able to view anything with my details though. I sent then an email about this matter and they said I do not have an existing subscription with them yet they are tajing money from my account. I asked how this is possible and they still haven't gotten back to me even on their emails to resolve this matter. This is the second review I am writing on Hellopeter about my quiry, it's been a week and no one has came back to me still. I do not recommend Showmax at all.
