The service DOESN'T WORK BETWEEN 7-9PM!

<p>What's the point of paying for an "on demand" streaming service that clearly cannot handle the load during peak viewing times? Two nights in a row now I am unable to use the service around 7pm. I have to wait an hour or so until the website starts functioning again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have an unshaped 10mbps ADSL line and can stream YouTube in 1080p without buffering! So there is no problem on my end! I would like a pro-rata refund as this service is USELESS! Do you guys even have load balancing and auto-scaling features on your servers to compensate for increased traffic to your site?</p>
