The definition of "service"

Good day

I have had the please of dealing with Showmax and oh my word those people are professional and prompt, friendly and efficient. I was billed twice through one of their partners and they were very eager to help. The person who was assisting me on Twitter pulled the right strings, I asked them to escalate my query and within a few hours one of their consultant called and assisted me. We agreed to let the extra funds carry over to the next subscription month.
