After my frustration with Showmax and on the brink to cancel my subscription, I received a call from a young man named Rea at Showmax CallCenter and in a couple of minutes my problem was solved by this young man. I just want to thank him and must mention the professionalism he showed, and if Showmax can learn all their staff to approach their work in the manner Rea did, you will have far happier customers.
