Terrible service,**********

I had a 14 day trial on the 14/08/2022 it expired so R99.00 was deducted at 8.24am on monday evening i try viewing it says update subscripiton.

So i go to the card payment thing theres something wrong .They try deduction only to find there 75rand and i dd not expect them to try deducting cause 99rand was deducted sunday.

Fine i complain every day no help whats so ever yet my 99 rand has left every day 8:50leaves my account which has amounted to R55 yet .i can not still view show max my money has went down the drain cause apperantly my card can not be found but 99rand left saying its from shomax
