Terrible service from Showmax!!! No integrity

Extremely bad service from Showmax, I accidentally paid the incorrect amount and their feedback is full of lies and the lack of integrity, their service is terrible, I am waiting over two weeks for my money, and showmax is completely useless to assist!!!!
