Terrible service

I cancelled with Showmaxx and the debit orders stopped, last month it started again, I queried this and was told there will be no refund, and then again this month the deduct money. They argue that the account is active but there has been no deductions for months until last month. they keep pushing back and refuse to refund me my money!
