Terrible Customer Service!!!!

Terrible customer service from Delisile on Showmax chat!!! Totally sucked. This chat proved to me that the consultant was not reading carefully, paying attention, asking for clarity if she did not understand!!! I asked for assistance with re-activating prepaid subscription option like I used to do online and the chat goes on and on. Towards the end we were getting nowhere and I asked her again does she know about the prepaid option and after all that she says it is no longer available as an option online but only with a voucher!!!! Why not tell me this from the start?! And then she has the nerve to tell me I was unclear!!
