Terrible customer service
Showmax is changing its brand now the problem is I have paid my subscription but I can't watch Showmax. I have sent emails to their help n support email address but no help, I even DM on Facebook still no response. I feel really ****med cos I paid them but I'm not getting services I paid for. Their customer service is horrible.
