Taking my money

I'm very furious, Showmax is still taking money out of my account and i went into my profile and i still cant watch anything?? My account are closed but im still paying after a canceled my subscription few months ago....??? I want this sorted and i cant get in touch with anyone who can help me because my profile that i was using says i cant whatch anything????????????? I want this debit order stopped and i want my money back or else!!!!!!!!
