Takes The Money, But Can't Sort Out a Problem!

I would give them less stars if I could!! I am so disgusted with them. They take the money monthly. Never miss a payment. But once there is a problem to sort out its just "oh well too bad" we'll just double bill you. Sorry for the inconvenience. I paid my subscription on the 25th, on the 27th when I want to watch something I need to start a 14 day free trial and pay again after because they just can't care less about their customers. I super disgusted! I will never ever use Showmax again and I will tell EVERYONE to STAY AWAY!! They are useless!
