Taken my money!!!

I am so furious at this people. There is no way that some of them had no training. I sent them all my proof and they still overlook the proof. I joined 28 JANUARY for the free trial period of 14 days that shows it will be theteafter $8.99 per month and that the 1st instalment will be 12 February if I did not cancel. I cancelled on 8 February after I asked thrm where all the films are and did not receive any feedback. I realized the deducted 31 January and 9 February of $14 each. With making a complaint they only gave me back $14 and ignored the idea that I cancelled within 14 days and receiced confirmation from them that I cancelled within 14 days. Now they have deducted again on 11 March and their reply only mention there was a deduction and a payment. What kind of training did you have if you can't read bank statements. I'm gonna loose it. I sent them all my proof. Hallo Peter please help.
