Tajing money from my account when Shomax is saying I do not have a subscription with them, *****!!

Showmax is deducting money from my account and I am not eveb able to wacth anything from the app or even login. I sent them an email and the consultant came back to me saying I do not have a subscription with them while they are deducting R39 from me every month. The consultant said I should send the first 6 numbers and the last 4 numbers of my account and I did just that, they still cannot link any information concerning my subscription. My question is if they do not have any subscription with me why are they deducting money from me? Isn't this *****? How are they taking money from me? Who gave them access when I do have a subscription with them?
