Subscription Entrapment

Showmax has an internet subscription site I subscribed and decided after almost a year to unsubscribe from them. There is no unsubscribe button or link on their website to cancel this is called entrapment of subscription contract in S.A and is *******. I even tried to contact them their support team keep on telling you to unsubscribe via internet which does not exist. Writing to them via email does nothing. This is how they ***** from their customers I will have to resort to closing the account they debit every month.
