Subscription Cancellation. BAD SERVICE

I signed up for show max in June and last week I sent the request for my subscription to be canceled they told me that they don't recognize my email yet they have been deducting money from my account for the past 3 months, how is that possible that they don't recognize my account while they deducting money every month. I have been querying this almost every day and I get a respond after some time when they do respond they want different information every day.
