Stop taking my money!!

I have left SA 4 months ago and the country I reside in now does not offer Showmax. I have requested time and time again that my subscription be cancelled. Four months later and I am STILL PAYING!!!!! Why?????

I want this cancelled IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!
