Stop debiting my account

I got sent some marketing info from showmax stating that if I was a DSTV subscriber i would automatically watch showmax for free. I did the necessary and for 2 months I`ve still been debited R 99.00 each month.

I want this amount refunded to me immediately as I have been communicating on facebook messenger but that`s been of non assistance.
