Stay away from Showmax, common *********

I signed up for showmax on the 23/01/2023, everything went through and payment of R299 was done via my card. The next day i could not get into showmax and ultimately there was no a longer an account for me. i queried this with them and am now being transferred from pillar to post with no resolution in sight. I feel that this is common theft. they have taken my money and havent provided any service.
