Something is not right. Be aware

I have been a subscriber for the last 6 months. Yesterday I went onto the app to watch my series billions. The app asked me to upgrade which confused me as I pay a subscription every month on the 20th. So I contacted the help. I chated to the person for a while. He said many things which did not make sense. Eg. I was a free subscriber, I was charged via dstv etc. I was debited every month an amount of R99.00 and I don't have account with dstv. That is why it was confusing. He kept on saying put in your card details. So I have decided to flag showmax until someone can tell me what is going on.
