Sign up disastrous

I purchased a showmax voucher wanted to sign up low and behold my OTP was never sent to my phone. went to showmax website chat only to be told to clear my cache which I did and it still didn't work went to the chat again to be told go incognito which I did still didn't work. was then told to download a Microsoft browser which also didn't work. Have now given up.the site is not user friendly at all the chat is useless and they can't help you to sign up.showmax you make everything so difficult it was a complete waste of my time and money for something I can't even get signed up to .your process of OTP sucks you should at least have a second option like most places verify the account via email.so in nutshell waste of time waste of money and still can't even sign up
